This commit contains lots of changes on README.md, i.e.:

**Add:**
- add conventional commits
- add a new appendix entry

**Remove:**
- remove useless introduction of code of conduct
- remove off-topic FAQs

**Change:**
- replace Chinese headings to English ones
- add/update more details of branches
- refactor the whole tag system
